Stage Direct

Stage-Direct will try to make your ticket purchasing as simple and efficient as possible.
Stage-Direct sells tickets on behalf of amateur dramatic groups and societies, Stage-Direct has no control over ticket prices or actual theatre seat assignments.
Tickets purchased on Stage-Direct.com are subject to a £1.50 per booking handling charge.
Your credit card is not cleared online, this process will normally take place within 24 hours of you making your booking, tickets will then be dispatched direct to you by the event organiser. If due to the close proximity of the date of the event tickets will be held for collection at the theatre on the day of the performance.
An email confirmation of your payment transaction will be sent to you. In the unlikely event that the performance has been sold out without our knowledge you will be advised by email and all monies refunded in full.
Your personal details will not be forwarded or shared with any persons other than the event organisers unless we are required to do so by law.

Ticket Terms and Conditions:

1 - Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded
2 - Tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations each individual theatre.
3 - The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
4 – The Management reserves the right to alter or amend the programme as a result of unforeseen circumstances. Stage Direct is not liable for these changes

Please also be aware:

Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified
Most theatres operate a No Smoking Policy
If you arrive late for a performance you may have to wait for a suitable break in the event and admission cannot always be guaranteed.
The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited.
